Tatiana is our challenger and our visionary, pushing the envelope for truly systemic solutions with scalable impact. She is passionate about systemic change, sustainability, water, enabling start-up initiatives, creating synergies, good questions and meaningful conversations.
Tatiana is also co- founder of Waterlution and Engage!.
Thomas Vaassen
Co-Founder
Thomas is the business man in our midst, overseeing the financial side and spotting opportunities for growth.
He is also partner in Realize!, a spirited firm that helps innovative, small businesses to scale-up in size, sales and impact.
Thomas collects hobbies and has recently graduated as a professional leisure diver.
Frederike Vos
Co-Founder
Frederike is our business booster, pushing things forward with passion and elegance, and she is our space and plants devotee.
With S-Ethics, Frederike develops new concepts, facilitates change, drives collaboration, and can be hired as a speaker.
She loves making dresses, buying flowers and cooking with colors.
Marieke Pluk
Manager
Marieke is our Hub manager. She rocks our business by overseeing the team, ever improving operations and by knowing all ins and outs of the business.
Before joining the team she worked with SPARK and BiD Network supporting start-ups locally and internationally.
She loves cycling, building her own house and traveling with her camper.
Frederieke Maagdenberg
Community Host
Frederieke is our community host and is our best connector, she matches all our members, and turns any idea into an opportunity.
She is partner and talent developer at Blik-Opener as well as appreciative coach with Talent on Tour. Her passion is creating playful learning experiences and meeting new people, but also loves to play waterpolo or coach sport teams.
Esther Maagdenberg
Communication Host
Esther is our lead in communications, and shares impact stories with the world. She can't do this work without being a fantastic community host.
Esther is also teacher in media production at the Cultural Youth Centre KJC and is a documentary filmmaker and visual anthropologist at VIA Pictures.
She loves stories, stories and stories.
Tessa Van Mechelen
Connect Lead
Tessa is the dedicated host for HUB Connect members. As a great organizer and people person, she creates links between members in the virtual and physical space. Every month she organizes an event in the HUB. She is a self employed city guide and is finishing her thesis on entrepreneurs and green gas. She loves to get her hands dirty on her balcony garden and on French farms during summer.
