Tariffs

At The Hub you pay by the hour. We differentiate between Up & Running enterprises and Start-Up enterprises (the latter get a discount).

Our busy and mobile entrepreneurs can choose a membership at the level that best meets their needs: Hub25 allows you to spend 25 hours/month in our space, Hub50 for 50 hours/month, Hub100 for 100 hours and Hub Unlimited for full-time use. Prices range from €110 to €400 [and €85 to €310 for start-ups]. Special arrangements can be made for teams of 4+ people.

The tiered pricing model allows members to only pay for the time they need, while gaining the benefits of belonging to a powerful, inspiring community and feeling a sense of ownership of the whole physical space. Additionally, with a Hub50 membership or up, you receive the possibility of your own locker, server storage, mailbox and 24/7 access. Detailed information will be provided as part of your intake conversation with a Hub host.

All memberships include coffee, tea and fresh, seasonal fruits. Additional charges for printing (at cost), catering (lunch, drinks, etc.) and room bookings are added to your monthly bill.

For those who are not in need of a space but want to be actively involved in and supportive of the Hub community, we have a Hub Connection membership. The Hub Connection enables access to the network and events, access to meeting spaces, and the support to create events. It includes 5 hours a month of working time in the Hub - to encourage you to come in and say hello and get a feel for what is happening in the space. (Hub Connection is €30 per month; €20 for start-ups).

As a final remark, we are very keen to respect and grow the quality and diversity of our member community. Therefore, joining The Hub is based on an initial conversation where we want to learn about your ideas, skills and stage of your enterprise and find mutual benefit.
